
Well, seems like I spend alot of time sitting in front of this screen either here or at my job. My eye muscles get a work out and my wrist does some exercises with the mouse but being physically fit? Well, let's see I walk the dog twice a day . During the work week I lift a few weights before I go to work so I guess that is fitness. Just seems like it is not enough. Lets' see if I can maybe improve my fitness routine.
Now, for those of you out there who work on your physical fitness, this column may not be for you this week. For those of you who do not, read on, take it to heart (literally), and get active.
Let's begin by getting a reading of where we are right now. More info. I do not know how legitimate this discussion is but I like it when they do not just talk about weight. Still not sure how you place in the fitness scale? Well, you can always go ask Alice. Here's one of her letters.
Now that we may have some idea that "Yes, we really need to shape up". Why go to all that work? Here are some benefits that you just can not ignore. Hey, we all want to live longer don't we? Just do it! This is important to us ladies out there.
OK Now maybe you are convinced. Let's begin with some fundamentals in general. See in just 30 minutes a day you can get some benefit.
Here are just a sampling of the some of the specific body areas you may want to work on.
1. Flexibility
2. Legs
3. Stomach
4. Back
Now how about the exercise of the week. Don't stop there, go back and get previous weeks.

Now that you feel inspired and ready to go. Turn off the #@$%&* computer, stand up, and stretch. Let's go!
