On a recent trip to Loch Ness, Highlander Web Magazine's photographer Ian Rhind, had no choice but to pick up his camera and take some wonderful shots of Loch Ness. The weather was so fantastic that it would have been a sin to miss the opportunity to capture Loch Ness in all her splendour, beauty and overwhelming size.
Loch Ness, only 25 miles from Highlander Web's offices, is over 24 miles long and 1/2 miles wide. It is an unspoiled wilderness which is home to various forms of life: from Highland Deer to Nessie it's self, and not to mention the infamous "lesser spotted Nessie spotter's".
Below are a seletion of Ian's pictures for you to enjoy.
