Highlander Web Magazine Visitors Book.

Over the years publishing HWM we have maintained Visitors Books and Pen Pals sections, as well as letters to the Editor. This new Visitors book was started in September 1999 because the older versions were far to large for people to download and view.

Thank you all for your support and messages over the years. We all hope that you continue to leave your thoughts and enjoy reading what others have to say.

Just found the site: wonderful! Have only recently begun to understand my family history and relationship to the Jacobites -- Daniel Kennedy, Charles McGoveran, and possibly other McGoveran rebels. Does anyone know if any list exists of those captured and banished to the "American Plantations" between 1700-1750, and how I might obtain a copy???

I'm wondering is The Highlander The Magazine of Scottish Heritage has a web site. I would like to subscribe to the magazine for my mother. Her parents were both Scottish. Can anyone tell me? The Magazine is out of Illinois. Thanks Lorna
